Por supuesto que Zárate no es el único lugar con inseguridad porque este es un problema a nivel nacional sin embargo no es casual que el delito creció de manera desmedida de la mano del crecimiento exponencial de los asentamientos irregulares y no darse cuenta de eso y negarlo es una estupidez y eso si es responsabilidad pura y exclusiva del Intendente Cáffaro aunque lamentablemente el no se de cuenta como no vive en la ciudad y está siempre en Puerto Madero.

Che justiciero me parece que vivis adentro de un termo porque Cáffaro gracias a sus arreglos politicos con los gobiernos nacional y provincial nos llenó de asentamientos y de toda la lacra proveniente del conurbano y paises limitrofes en dónde abundan los delincuentes y los narcos y por eso hoy Zárate es tierra de nadie.
