Efectivos de la Dirección Departamental de Investigaciones Zárate-Campana, detuvieron en la tarde del viernes a Rogelio Samudio, prófugo desde octubre de 2012, sobre quien pesa la acusación de violaciones reiteradas a un menor de 7 años.

Efectivos de la Dirección Departamental de Investigaciones Zárate-Campana, trabajando encubiertos, capturaron en la tarde del viernes a Rogelio Samudio, prófugo de la justicia desde octubre de 2012.

Samudio, de 41 años, se encontraba escondido en un horno de ladrillos de la calle Pellegrini y sobre él pesa la acusación de violaciones reiteradas sobre un menor de 7 años, hijo de su ex-pareja.

Los hechos ocurrieron en una vivienda del barrio Santa Lucía y venían siendo denunciados por los vecinos desde hacía más de un año. Vecinos que además, en una oportunidad, quisieron lincharlo, cansados de tantas aberraciones, después de darle una feroz golpiza que lo llevó a permanecer tres días internado en el Hospital de Campana, tras la intervención policial.

Recién en octubre la justicia libró la orden de detención pero ya se había escapado. Este sujeto vivía con su ex-mujer y dos hijos de ella.
